## Purpose

This room is where the memory system is assessed, pruned, and tuned over time.

## Responsibilities

- run maintenance reports
- inspect trend tables
- compare predicted vs actual tuning needs
- decide on prune/promote/retag/merge/split/reindex actions
- adjust cadence by evidence

## Rule

Maintenance produces assessment and suggestions, not just measurements.
