This list tracks the active projects currently in scope.

## 1) Agent Memory Move

- **Purpose:** build a durable, reviewed, provenance-backed memory architecture for Hermes/Open Brain.
- **Status:** scaffolded, documented, pending Open Brain install and verification.

## 2) CloudControl

- **Purpose:** separate Codex-driven project outside this workspace.
- **Location:** `/Users/bertmahoney/Documents/CloudControl`
- **Status:** active external project.

## 3) Future / parked projects

- **Purpose:** hold projects that are not active right now but should remain on the ledger.
- **Use case:** temporary deferrals, next-phase ideas, or work waiting on credentials/decisions.

## Notes

- Agent Memory Move is a full project, not a one-off setup.
- Both projects may generate reusable process notes and documentation.
- The memory project should continue to be measured, assessed, suggested, and tuned over time.
