Another tip: I never try to do a three-point turn when I can drive maybe half a block and make a safer circle turn or u turn. I always tend not to want to back up if I don't have to.

I got clarification, and Mackenzie said that we can release it to the customer if they are there after we knock on the door, which I do sometimes. But bring it back or do not leave it there if there's no answer it seems like nobody's home. It's a bit of a problem when some people are slow to answer.

Hi Chris a heads up that I'm all done with my route. I Did something to my hip getting in and out of the car. I have really sharp, intense pain anytime I put my less slit out of the car and try to stand up. It started on my first run and got worse. I'm sorry I can't help you out with what's left, my hip just hurts too damn much. That being said, I will see how it feels in the morning, I need to get off my feet for the rest of the day.
