Hi Bert and Andre, I am concerned about the possible high heat in Ojai today, given that most of our team will have already worked out for 2 hours in Ventura. Can one of you look at the weather and determine if we should train in Ventura. It's already pretty warm down here. Thanks, Tom

My concern is that they are already doing a training for 2 hours in the heat later on another 2 hours how much do they retain and how much energy will they be willing to expend at that point.
