I caught her out of swim transition on to the bike. You see it in this vid. The whole time I was standing there waiting for her to go bye for at least a good 2025 minutes I was standing directly next to Mark Allen who is the six time winner of IronMan Kona. It would be like standing next to Michael Jordan at a basketball game. I cannot wait to tell Liz that when she’s done with the race!

She’s on her way out of town to the energy lab. If you watched the broadcast for the pro women you would’ve seen them run through that area pretty barren just a road and a lot of heat. Liz did not look tired to me at all, she was in a nice groove with her run and everything seems to be going how she planned

She’s been hitting the time estimates on the run pretty regularly. When the app tells me she’s just around the corner within one minute I see her, so that means her pace is steady and even, she’s not running stopping walking a bit running a little walking again, it’s a continuous pace which is excellent
