I need your assistance in developing some strategy, some questions, and some research and thinking around a small village political campaign. What I will give you is a series of
 things that need to be created. In some instances there is research to do. So we will need sets of questions created so that we can go gather more real information and then compose that
 into material that then could work for a campaign. For example, a SWOT analysis would be something smart to do. I have an example of two different SWOT analyses from two different municipalities.
 for you to consume and see how they have written theirs. Then I also have an outline for a small village government that asks many questions. However, we may need questions to the questions they provide in order to get the answers. We need to fully fill out that
 for the SWOT analysis. So I need your feedback on that. If there are deeper questions, I would like you to create those inside the framework that I give you below. Or attached. It is one or the other. So here are the other items that
 looking at creating. I would like to draft a story that can be said in two minutes about the mayorship. So I will need maybe half a dozen questions to answer to tell that story. I need those questions. The next thing we are going to be doing
 is we need to draft a biography of the mayor. So we need questions and prompts. How did you get there to the mayorship? Tell the story from growing up in the community, leaving for service, and then coming back and being a member
 of a leader in the community since then. But we need other questions for his biography draft. Then we need a series of questions to ask the mayor about their experience as mayor. This will be the draft of the two story or the story in two minutes that I mentioned. For example, what's it like to be the mayor of
 Waterford? Need 12 questions to get details from the mayor to write draft copy for the website. Another area of the website. And that's something I just brought up was that this will also help create a website that will have a home page. We will have an area, the bio area, which I just mentioned, the story about the mayor in two minutes.
 This next section. Oh, I mentioned the what's it like to be mayor. Yeah, that will be in it. Then there is this section and I need questions for this. What does it cost to run the village? Your tax money at work. Here we're trying to be transparent to let people or voters know how much money the village actually
 has every year and what it gets spent on. So kind of like a spreadsheet, but I don't think we want to get super granular. Again, this is really kind of messaging for voters, although it might not hurt to have a spreadsheet in PDF form for download. Let's just make note of that. So we do need questions for what's it cost to run.
 The next thing I'd like to focus on for the website is the portfolio of projects. And what this will do is show accomplishments over time. So, for example, projects that help improve parks, projects that improve the roads, trash,
 pick up things like that. We need some questions, some prompts to ask about finding those different kinds of projects that they've done. We need to know the link between the village or the candidate, the mayor here. We need to know the link between them and the governmental agencies. Like, who are those people? What agencies do they work in? How long have you worked with them?
 Those kind of questions. We need to go a level deeper and understand the connection to people in those agencies. And if we can find two or three people that have worked with the mayor for a few decades, that would be great. We're trying to communicate what I would call the established order. Since the mayor has been
 where he is for 25 years. That's one thing about this. The mayor has been in office for 25 years. So in regards to the portfolio of projects, I'm actually thinking that it might be good. Other than just that portfolio is perhaps have a timeline of significant projects since we're talking about a quarter of a century here. We will also need photographs of projects. We could get local
 contractor testimonials asking questions like what's it been like working with the village run by Mayor Mahoney? Would you continue to work with the village? Have they been good to work with? We could email them a simple form online to get their true info. So let's draft a set of questions we could email to local contractors or other local government agencies.

 What might those be? We need to explore and research that. And the one thing that I think is super important in this political strategy is to make the mayorship or his candidacy about village stewardship. Not about him. It's not about him. It's about the 25 years of
 results. It's his stewardship is what should be the leading North Star to this to this analysis. So all the things that I've just given you are things that I'd like to have pulled together. And first off, I'm sure you're going to have
 questions. So why don't we start there? You could, after reading this, give back to me a list of items that you've heard me mention that need to be created. And also the things like the questions, et cetera, the SWOT analysis, et cetera.
