I recently completed reading John Maeda's book "Laws of Simplicity." A very good book for anyone living and working in the modern age. It offers 10 basic rules to help guide you on a life of simplicity.
After reading his book I've followed his thoughts on his web site and blog. One of the recent entries spoke about the use of acronyms. It appears that all we need to do is eliminate the use of vwls.
