INSTALLING GOWALLA BETA

Thanks for helping us test the next release of Gowalla. Your feedback
will help us make sure Gowalla stays fun, reliable, and easy. To install
the Gowalla beta, you'll just need your iPhone and the computer you
normally use to sync with iTunes.

  1. Delete any old provisioning profiles from your device. Open the
Settings app, tap General, tap Profiles, and remove any
     Gowalla profiles.

  2. Download and unzip the .zip beta package, which contains two
files: Gowalla.ipa and a .mobileprovision file.

  3. Drag the .mobileprovision file onto "Library" in the iTunes sidebar.
Then drag Gowalla.ipa file onto "Library" as well.

  4. Sync your iPhone. The beta version of the app will have a "β" symbol
     in the name.

INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING

See Apple's documentation on installing beta apps: http://bit.ly/3Gt0q2

If you have any problems, try removing Gowalla completely from your iPhone
and iTunes application list, then re-install the beta. Verify that Gowalla
shows up in Library -> Applications. In iTunes, select your Device under
Devices, choose the Application tab, and make sure that the new application
is checked.

If the beta becomes unusable, you can always remove it and re-install the
application for free from the App Store. None of your data will be lost,
despite the warning from the iPhone.
